Hillary Gadsby

Hillary began a speaker series in Los Angeles in 2014 that featured successful women entrepreneurs telling their stories of failures and successes, as well as a space for women to connect with each other and create opportunity. Many success stories were born out of those events, including that of Nicci Levy, Founder of cosmetic micro-treatment enterprise Alchemy 43, who secured her first investor, Toni Ko, founder of NYX cosmetics, when Toni was the featured speaker at the Boss Talks event she attended.

She said goodbye to corporate America and the big name clients she served after 10+ years, all the while, honing her craft in photography, graphic design, content development and social media management. Jenna Schwartz is a master connector, who uses her ability to bring together like-minded individuals, create countless deals, and deep relationships. As co-director for Tampa’s Boss Talks, Jenna leads and moderates events with intent to empower and mentor attendees. Jenna prides herself on giving back, leading her to co-found Tampa Entrepreneurs a co-ed community non-profit geared at bringing the entrepreneurial community together as well as co-founding Work for Peace, a charity that aims to increase awareness of domestic violence and aid those impacted by it. Outside of her personal endeavors, Jenna is a force in the business world as a founding member of the Provenance Consulting Group, an executive coaching and consulting firm, CGO for the burgeoning NFT Project "Pineapples in Paradise," and buy-side associate partner for the M&A Advisory firm, Stoneridge Partners.
